Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders outside North America and Europe. We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Living Space Furnishings purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, our straightforward return policy makes it easy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All bedroom items (mattresses, bedding)
- Upholstered furniture (armchairs, accent chairs, footstools)
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item name and reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges, specify your desired replacement item
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Detailed return instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Affix the return label clearly and drop off at the designated carrier location.
Step 4: Return Processing
We inspect returns within 5-7 business days of receipt and notify you of approval status.
Refund Information
- Approved refunds processed within 5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- May take 7-10 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)
Exchange Information
- Replacement item ships after original item is received and inspected
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
- Standard shipping rates apply (unless exchange is due to our error)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
